Breakfast : my standard Activia yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, and sliced almonds; coffee
Lunch : Pork chop, 2 slices provolone, 6 strawberries, mayo-free egg salad (1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 c. cottage cheese, squirt of yellow mustard, salt & pepper), water
Snack : 2 cookies, water
Dinner : grilled chicken; spinach salad with strawberries, avocado, grape tomatoes, oranges, and dressing; 6 baby carrot sticks; 3 pieces of broccoli; water
Bedtime snack : 4 cookies and a glass of milk
