First, some fun on the glider swing in the backyard… such a lovely day outside! And I love it when I can capture Averhy’s true smile… so often she “cheeses” for the camera… *sigh*

Breakfast : 1 grapefruit like yesterday, coffee
Lunch : leftover feta burger, egg salad made with cottage cheese, water, 2 sesame cookies

Breakfast : one whole grapefruit (cut it in half, drizzle with honey and sprinkle cinnamon on top, broil in oven for 5 minutes = delicious!), a cup of blueberry-pomegranate juice, coffee
