Breakfast : coffee, 2 paleo blueberry-zucchini muffins
Lunch : water, 1 hard-boiled egg with cottage cheese and ham, 1 paleo blueberry-zucchini muffin, 1/2 apple, cashews
Dinner : spinach salad with grilled chicken, grilled peppers (green, red, orange, and yellow!), and avocado; milk (should’ve taken a picture of the salad – it was so colorful and tasty!!)
Bedtime snack : yogurt with blueberries and almonds, blueberry-pomegranate juice
