Breakfast : 1 egg omelet with ham and parmesan cheese; 1 glass of orange juice; 1/2 c. cottage cheese; 1 cup of coffee with half & half and sugar-free creamer
Lunch : another picnic at the pool… leftover apple-avocado salad with leftover baked pork; 1 cheese stick; 1 almond-flour cookie; water
Snack : a tasty berry yogurt smoothie (blueberries, blackberries, yogurt, whole milk, ice)
Dinner : 1 large grilled chicken breast topped with 2 slices provolone cheese; 1 c. raw broccoli with sugar free ranch dip; water
Bedtime snack : 1 breakfast bar
WOD : playing with the girls at the pool for about 3 hours
