our paleo* adventure : day 12

Breakfast : coffee, 2 zucchini-blueberry muffins (Eden and I had fun making these again this morning, and tweaked the recipe a little more… only used 1/2 c. agave nectar and 1/4 c. honey… they turned out even better this way!)

Lunch : cottage cheese egg salad, 1/2 c. snap peas with hummus, 1/2 banana, 1 muffin, water

Snack : another muffin and a glass of milk

Dinner : Feta Turkey Burgers (oh my goodness, these are AWESOME), fruit salad (strawberries, kiwi, bananas, raspberries, blueberries, yogurt), peas, milk

Bedtime snack : banana ice cream with blueberries and a bit of honey (Doesn’t it look yummy? It was!)

April 13, 2010 - 4:03 pm amanda - great, right? i was nervous about it, too, because i'm not a huge banana person either. but it's good! and it kills that sweet/cold/creamy fix. yum.

April 13, 2010 - 9:40 am Holly - The banana thing is so easy... It's crazy that I haven't heard of it before! I may have to try that soon. :)
