Breakfast : coffee, 2 zucchini-blueberry muffins (Eden and I had fun making these again this morning, and tweaked the recipe a little more… only used 1/2 c. agave nectar and 1/4 c. honey… they turned out even better this way!)
Lunch : cottage cheese egg salad, 1/2 c. snap peas with hummus, 1/2 banana, 1 muffin, water
Snack : another muffin and a glass of milk
Dinner : Feta Turkey Burgers (oh my goodness, these are AWESOME), fruit salad (strawberries, kiwi, bananas, raspberries, blueberries, yogurt), peas, milk
Bedtime snack : banana ice cream with blueberries and a bit of honey (Doesn’t it look yummy? It was!)
