your walls – part 2 | central illinois family photographer

Today is your last chance to enter the contest — so get on it!  Remember, by 11:59pm Friday September 11th (yep, that’s tonight!), send me your photos of the ways you display your Sweet Pea photographs! Don’t worry about the quality of your photograph – just pull out your handy point-and-shoot camera, take a few shots of your Sweet Pea artwork in your home, and email your display photographs to me today — and one random (but lucky) person will receive a $60 print certificate!!

Okay, now for some more entries… (and these first two shots were taken with an iPhone, so no excuses about “I don’t have a good enough camera to take pictures to send in…) The first display is hung over this cutie pie’s changing table (love the frames!) and then who wouldn’t love this 20×30 print above a fun play kitchen!!

Next, we have two storyboards of two of the youngest kiddos that I’ve had the pleasure of photographing… big brother (0n top) was just 4 days old for his first session, and then the newest arrival was just 5 days old at his newborn session! I love little babies!!

Finally, some examples from another family I’ve known for several years… the b&w of the girls hugging (on the top shelf) is one of my faves… but I also love the 10×20 storyboard of their giggles from our session last summer.  Their mom commented about the shots by the stairs, “Here’s what we did with some pics from last summer…we’ll have to find a new spot this year.  I hate to take down last year’s photos already!”

As you’ll see next time (with some more examples from my home) I rarely take down prints from one year to the next… my wall collages just keep growing bigger and bigger… Thanks for these entries, and I can’t wait to see more examples from your walls!!
