These sweet sisters crack me up.  It has been such a joy watching both of them grow from tiny babies into darling little girls over the past several years.  For this Champaign family photography session, we hung out at my studio in downtown Urbana because it was pouring rain outside! Thank goodness for a gorgeous indoor location at CU Studio Share!  The girls had a blast dancing, singing, and just running around being silly. I hope you enjoy this sneak peek, and remember to leave a comment here if you do, because after 25 comments I’ll gift these girls a 5×7 print!

Delbensonphotography - The little girl loves to smile. They are so beautiful. For parents who have little kids, this is the time when you don’t want to miss a lot of things because they grow up so fast. Take pictures of them. I hope these girls get a 5×7 print! Crossed fingers.

Love. thank you

I love how new babies bring out our REAL smiles, and this little guy certainly did that during his newborn session at his home in Mahomet last week.  It has been my pleasure to work with this growing family several times over the past 2 years – first with the birth of their older son, and now the arrival of baby brother!  I hope you guys enjoy this sneak peek, and remember to comment on this post here on the blog or on Facebook, because after 25 comments I’ll gift this happy family a free 5×7 print!

What a fun Beloved family session in Mahomet this was!  Simply put, I love this family… we’ve been friends for the past 12 years and together we have experienced many of the highs and lows that life can throw at us.  Vacations and road trips, tears and hugs, prayers and encouragement, cranes and CrossFit… through it all, I’m so thankful that God has blessed me with their friendship!

jodi - oh fantastic photos! love this family too! 🙂 jodi

This birthday boy definitely keeps his parents on their toes, and he kept me jumping too during his family’s Beloved session in Champaign a few weekends ago!  It was a beautiful, warm day and we were able to take advantage of the sunshine – though he wasn’t too sure about the prickly greenish-brown stuff all over the ground (that’s called grass buddy… you’ll love it this summer, I promise!) – and then we headed indoors to jump on the bed a bit before digging in to his birthday cake!  Well… at least we encouraged him to dig in, but as you can tell by expression on his face, he wasn’t too sure about it!  He definitely enjoyed the warm bath in the kitchen sink much more than the messy cake that put him there!  Thanks for another great session with your family, and I’m looking forward to many more as the years go by.  Remember to leave a comment here on the blog or on Facebook, because after 25 comments I’ll gift this birthday boy a 5×7 print from his session.

Bridget - What a wonderful way to capture Jack! Your photos are amazing – luckily you have a great subject to work with!

“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”  It is this couple’s goal to do just that… and I am thankful to have the privilege of watching them start out on that adventure!  We had a great Beloved session last week in Urbana, and it was so neat to listen to their plans for the future… travel abroad to show God’s love to others, starting a business to help people strengthen the bodies that God has given them, working through medical school and learning to bring healing in place of sickness… exciting plans for a couple in love!

Yes, it’s true. This tiny little baby is already a one-year-old big boy!! I can hardly believe it… but I’m sure his mom and dad have enjoyed every minute of the past year (well, maybe not the minutes between 1-4am…) and are looking forward to many fun minutes in the year to come!  Thanks for a rambunctious morning at your family’s home in Champaign, and I hope you enjoy these sneak peeks too.  Remember to leave a comment here on the blog or on Facebook to help this busy boy get a free 5×7 print after 25 comments!
