This week has been full of fun activities for my family, as we prepare to celebrate Easter tomorrow… but even though the egg-coloring-and-hunting activities are exciting, they pale in comparison to the reason WHY we do them….
Hope. Peace. Forgiveness. Grace. Mercy. Love.
That’s why we celebrate. That’s why we sing songs. Because God loved us first. Eden’s favorite Bible verse right now is “God loves us, so we love others.” And the story of how MUCH God loves us is what Easter is all about. I’d love to share this story with you, in a new and interesting way (…when I say “Easter”, you don’t typically think of prison cells and orange jumpsuits, do you?… Well, after this weekend you might!)… It would be great if you would join me at any one of these services — I’ll be at all of them, decked out in one of those sweet orange jumpsuits…

Stacey - I never realized before, just how much Eden looks like Sky. It’s so apparent in number 7 that I almost fell out of my chair. Then later, with the two of them together, I can so strongly see you in Averhy. That’s just cool, that you each have one that so strongly resembles you.
